Location: the hotel was so close to the restaurant and San Juan del Sur and the shaded areas. The staff was attentive and delivered excellent service. Liked my huge and extremely spacious room, it had a private safe, a refrigerator, and coffee/tea makers.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Nicaragua. The villa's at this hotel were absolutely amazing, and I definitely felt that I got what I paid for. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and they really made my trip special. I also felt very safe at this hotel, as the locals were welcoming and there were no safety issues. The hotel even offered a free shuttle service to get around, which made exploring the surrounding areas a breeze. One thing I would recommend is renting a motorcycle for easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a great experience and would definitely return in the future.

We had an incredible time at this amazing resort! The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The restaurant food was excellent, and the restaurant staff provided great service. The property itself was tropical and stunning, with hammocks and a beautiful pool area. We also loved the fact that there was a private beach that we could access. our experience at this resort exceeded our expectations!

The communication with the staff could have been better, as we had to ask many questions to get information about activities and shuttle itineraries.
