The food was some of the best we had.
The administration was terrible and inefficient, making my stay frustrating. The pool area was overwhelmed with day guests, leading to a lack of loungers for paying guests like us.

great access to beaches and local attractions for weekend explorers
we loved how close the hotel was to beautiful playas, with Playa San Juan del Sur being just under 3 km away and Christ of the Mercy only a short walk from the hotel, making our strolls feel effortless and enjoyable.

Stunning accommodation, breathtaking surroundings, with a lovely private beach where I enjoyed walking at sunrise while sipping freshly brewed coffee and observing colorful tropical birds.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed salsa nights and even fit in some yoga and surfing. The nature around the area is stunning, and getting there was a beautiful drive through sugar cane fields and lakes. Just a heads up, bring your snacks for the beach, as it's pretty secluded.
We had issues with our room assignment. They moved us without notice, and the air conditioning wasn’t great in the new room. Plus, there was a wedding that kept us up Saturday night with loud music.

Absolutely loved the pool area! 🌊 It was a stunning escape with impressive views. However, be prepared for crowded days with day pass guests taking over sunbeds. Still a wonderful experience overall!

beautiful surroundings but inconsistent service
The hotel grounds were breathtaking, with lush greenery and stunning mountain views. The food served at the restaurant was fresh and flavorful, making each meal a delight. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk, especially with shuttle arrangements. Waking up to the serene garden view each morning was truly refreshing.
The service during peak hours could be overwhelming, and I often found myself waiting longer than expected for assistance.

missingWrote a review on Mar 13spacious bungalowsfresh foodlovely environmentlimited lounge chairsinconsistent serviceloud atmosphere
Treecasa blew me away with its beautiful grounds. The bungalows were spacious, featuring a huge deck ideal for relaxing. I loved the fresh, homemade food—some of the best I tasted in Nicaragua. The service shined, especially thanks to Christian for assisting with our ferry reservation. However, communication could have been better. Important information about activities and meal plans wasn't clearly shared, and staff seemed overwhelmed at times, which created a discomforting atmosphere. I also experienced noise issues from neighboring guests, which disrupted my rest. The property is further from the city center than expected, with $20 taxi rides adding up quickly. During my visit, the private beach experience was less than ideal. we were provided an empty cooler, leaving us without water in the heat. While the stunning accommodations and serene environment were highlights, some inconsistencies in service made me feel like more attention could enhance the experience. The community vibe is appealing but needs more consideration for paying guests, especially regarding the crowding from day pass visitors, which detracted from the pool's tranquility.
